Entrepreneur in Residence, MENA
Ibrahim grew up in the Silicon Valley and moved to Egypt just a few months ago. He spends half of his time as Head of Product for an early stage startup in SF — and the other half working with and advising startups in Egypt as an Entrepreneur in Residence with 500 Startups.
He started his career at Merrill Lynch, then co-founded a mobile cloud CFO startup, and then joined Intuit to build and launch a new product. Most recently, he co-founded the premium coffee brand Port of Mokha. He is fortunate to have raised several rounds from some of the worlds best VCs.
Ibrahim went to school at Berkeley and the London School of Economics, where he studied Philosophy and Economics.
